Unlike most other retained providers, we don't seek to tie you in to a lengthy fixed term contract: We are confident enough in our services to operate simply on a rolling monthly basis. If at any stage and for any reason you didn't want to continue, then you would just not renew for the following month.

Prices start at £100 per month (plus VAT) which provides constant on-going support and peace of mind.

We don’t impose a cap on your usage nor does our advice come with hidden charges or extras.

We don't do Call Centres and we don't do unqualified: Our people are hugely experienced and have all held responsible positions in national legal practices.

We work closely with you and want to understand your business and its drivers. We thrive on creating pragmatic tailored outcomes, not just reiterating what the law says and abandoning you to make a decision and implement it!

If you find yourself on the receiving end of a Tribunal your retainer means we will handle your claim for you, from beginning to end at a discounted hourly rate.

Of course whilst we enjoy the cut and thrust of a Tribunal hearing, you may not! We will always try to help you avoid getting a claim in the first place and leave you to do what you do best...running your business.
